City of Light -  Consciousness Elevation Center

To be built in a climatically-safe region and on an highly energetic place, with many waterfalls and precious energetic minerals, plus all the unspoilt nature around.

The first unit will be in Alto Paraíso, a mystical city in Chapada dos Veadeiros GO, and the second one in Chapada Diamantina, a green island within the wild and dry region, in Northeast Brazil.

This is an Education, Social Assistance, Physical and Mental Health Treatment, Charity and Equality project for ALL!

 Accommodation

  1. Twenty accommodations for 10 people each, totalizing 200 people;
  2. Permanent residences for support and instructors;

Part of the accommodation will serve people who visit us, without fees or accommodation costs.

Another part of the accommodation will be for resident children and adults who will attend the Educational Center.

1. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the stipulated times, free for visitors and residents;

The number of permanent residences will increase over time, the initial goal is to house 1,000 people in each unit of the Center for the Elevation of Consciousness.

Consciousness Elevation Center Project

Mission

The purpose of the Consciousness Elevation Center is to give the opportunity for anyone, regardless of ethnicity, creed, color, sexual orientation or financial condition, to enjoy a FREE paradise on Earth with everything they are entitled to, not just for their evolution and physical relaxation and mental, but also enriching themselves with new knowledge thus expanding their gifts.

Children and Adults will have the opportunity to attend, in addition to the common education recognized by the MEC, professional courses that are not part of the traditional teaching schedule, such as treating their physical, mental and spiritual health, and also have the possibility to live in our Elevation Center of Consciousness and much more.

Every living being on Earth wants to fulfill their dreams, their desires, their life purpose, their true mission.

The Consciousness Elevation Center aims to become a self-sustaining City of Light, where a family community of people with higher consciousness, within the principles of love and respect, can live together without limits to grow, that is, expand into the the whole world in a short time.

This new concept of helping social equality, where economic classes do not matter, people are equal and can live and contribute with each other, enjoying the best in leisure and benefits for their well-being, will prove that when you have everything , what matters most is not material goods, but brotherhood and love of neighbor.

The Conscience Elevation Center is a company that seeks transparency and honesty in all its actions and financial transactions. As a Foundation or NGO, all donations of products, food and values ​​will be presented on our Transparency Portal, as well as recognition by the author of the donation.

As a Foundation and NGO, it is also important for us the amount of financial aid from benevolent companies and people, so that we can maintain and increasingly expand the project, generate new jobs and increasingly expand the units in different regions.

Concept

Imagine you, anywhere in the world, contacting us and scheduling your stay at the Conscience Elevation Center, with accommodation, food, courses, treatments, entertainment and all the leisure that a human being deserves, TOTALLY FREE of charge, without paying anything ! This is a new concept of society, human civilization!

In addition, from children to adults, the residents program has space to house, during primary and fundamental training, like other courses we offer, anyone who wants to participate according to the availability of places through appointments.

At first there will be 200 spaces for residents and visitors, in addition to permanent residences for those who wish to live free of charge at the Conscience Elevation Center.

Our initial goal is to have a structure for 1,000 people, and thus go on expanding, opening new units in other energy locations in Brazil and around the world.

But the question that does not want to be silenced is:

“If all these benefits are free, where did you get the money to build all this and still keep it running”?

Investments and Expenses

The heart of this project is the place where it will be built, as we aim to be in a climate-safe region and in an energetically high land, with many waterfalls and precious energetic minerals, in addition to all the virgin nature around.

The first unit will be in Alto Paraíso, a mystical city in Chapada dos Veadeiros, and the second in Chapada Diamantina, a green island within the wild and dry region, in Northeast Brazil.

For this, the first investment comes from the land that we are going to buy for an average of R$1,000,000.00.

The second investment is to carry out the structural works, which we initially intend to operate with R$2,000,000.00 reais.

After everything is completed and ready to open the doors of the Awareness Raising Center, we will hire and organize all professionals, instructors and employees, adding salaries to monthly maintenance and maintenance expenses, we aim to spend an average of R$100,000.00 per month, totalizing R$1,200,000.00 per year.

Simply put:

  1. Cost: BRL 3,000,000.00 each unit
  2. Annual cost spent: R$1,200,000.00
  3. Revenue Target for 2-3 years, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How will we generate revenue to start the project

It takes courage to make a dream come true starting from zero to fulfill our mission it takes determination! Always with good eyes for the world and our brothers who live here, in this case the first strategy is to open a Crownfunding (Collective Financing), presenting the project and letting people choose if they want to invest, in other words, support this project so that it is carried out through your donations and trust, that one day they will be able to enjoy all these benefits or know that many who never dreamed of experiencing something like this, will have the opportunity now through your help.

Crowdfunding will have a value as a goal that when reached we will have enough resources to start the project and soon open the doors for all of humanity.

After the project is completed and up and running, we will work on some goals to achieve more revenue and keep the project running, such as income from investment funds, which can yield enough to pay all monthly expenses and expand the projects, as well as partnerships with corporations and charitable donations, which will help firmly in the expansion to new units in other regions.

Budget

Investments for the Project and Collections

Step 1 - Obtaining the Lands

This first investment can range from R$250,000.00 to R$1,000,000.00 depending on some attributes and priorities, such as:

1. Location and land quality;
2. Size (Above 100,000 m2);
3. Water and Electric Power;
4. Waterfalls, rivers, perennial springs and streams that pass through the land;
NOTE: Geologists and specialists will assess the conditions of the land for the best acquisition of what we intend.

Step 2 - Construction of the Works

The investment for the structures should average R$2,000,000.00 depending on market variations, and the works may be started with a smaller budget soon after land acquisition.

Step 3 - Salaries, Maintenance and Supplies

For the Project to function, sufficient resources are needed to initially maintain it for 1 to 2 years, totalizing an average of R$2,400,000.00.

Strategic GOAL

Resource of R$10,000,000.00 invested in Investment Funds with an average return of 1%, with an average revenue of R$100,000.00 per month to keep the Center for Elevation of Conscience functioning and independent of any external source of income, these being welcome, only for project expansions.

Collective Financing Stages

Many projects are idealized, start but end up having no conclusions, that is, they founder on the way. Unfortunately, this is normal to happen, but this project will have an extraordinary strength as it is supported by superior forces of light and this, branching our union, will make it strong enough to be completed and carried out with everything intended! Of course, it's not easy, but to help here are some crucial points so that it doesn't sink into the ocean:

1. If for a set period the donations do not reach the Target destined for the total completion of the project, we will collect the amount achieved and allocate it to the purchase of land as the first stage of the project;

2. After acquiring the land, with even more support as it is already in our possession, we will start new campaigns to collect revenue for the Construction of Structural Works, which may be gradual as the stages of construction progress.

3. After the works are ready for the Consciousness Elevation Center to function, we will begin face-to-face work with the volunteers, in order to create all the sustainable parts of the earth, as well as starting the courses and reception for the first visitors.

The campaigns will be restarted at each stage knowing that the more the project is coming to fruition, the more tangible it becomes and new interested parties are ready to help because they believe that this innovative original project will be ever closer to coming true.

Rewards offered

The Delivery Date of these Benefits will depend on when the project is in full operation, that is, it may be much earlier than expected, but it will also depend on the Target Achieved to carry out the project. In case the Goal is not reached, the financial resources will be destined to Charitable Works. Gratitude, many blessings!

In God's time this project will be carried out, even if the first campaigns are weaker than the future ones, each donated financial resource will be reserved so that everything happens at the right time, that is, nothing will be wasted or lost, all resources will be destined to humanitarian help.
